This is like the soup my mother made me as a child. The only difference is mom did not use hearts and kidneys. After trying these incredible flavors I called mama and asked why did you keep these great flavors from me. Highly recommend.

What a find! The best pho I've had in a long time. They must have spent hours making the broth. It was thick, rich, and filled with flavor. This is kind of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Actually it's part of a market. But it has an extensive menu for both dine-in and takeout. I can't wait to go back and try more.
