I opened Pho Thanh in 2019 with a simple goal—to share the food I grew up eating. My name is Thanh Nguyen, and Vietnamese cooking has always been a part of my life. When I moved to Las Vegas, I wanted to create a place where people could enjoy fresh, homemade dishes just like the ones my family made back home. With the help of my daughters, we built a restaurant that serves food with care and tradition.
